This blog shall be the repository of knowledge and data on the Barony of Gammertingen, which is both an Imagi-Nation leveraging historical material embroidered by myself and the site of a new RPG campaign I am running. I will post session notes here for my monthly campaign plus additional background material and rumors for the players edification [and occasional foreshadowing].
That said, I have frightfully little to post here at the moment.
I hope to have a local map and a short gazetteer by Thursday of this week [September 27, 2018]. The first session of play will be September 29th. The players have characters built, but not fleshed out with interlinked backgrounds, something I hope to rectify at the beginning of the first session. So post two should be about the band of ne'er-do-wells that are the hangers-on for the 4th son of a small barony deep inside the Holy Roman Empire in the Year of Our Lord 1650. Post three will be the actual first session report wherein things go sideways rapidly and these layabouts have to take some responsibility and action if they don't want to lose their free lunch.
What could possibly go wrong...
